The client approached Raw3d after having previous renders done for the project produced by another 3d company. The previous renders failed to capture and showcase the generous proportions of the multi level interiors, and the close proximity to golf course and parkland.

The scope of works includes drone photography of the site and city views, and production of the full suite of marketing renders and architectural animation.
